Megadairy extend our warm congratulations to the graduate, Helena, from the New Zealand Food and Drug Safety Institute of Nutrition Research Applications (NZFDSI) program. During her time at NZFDSI, Helena has assisted the Research & Development team, to develop formulations for ice cream powder and milk tablets. She was involved in formulation development, focusing on carrying out experiments in the lab and collecting experiment data.

During his time at NZFDSI, Joey has created a calculator for nutritional content of infant milk powder with different composition,and he has worked closely with his peer to develop a calculator for infant formula's production costs,which are extremely useful for our company.
